I am an Investment Banker, former BCG consultant, board member, technology enthusiast, founder, and IT-sector executive with professional experience in Oslo, London, Paris, and New York. I bring a unique blend of experience, including global tech investment banking, selling a software company to IBM, merging software companies, executive leadership at Microsoft, founding, funding, and building a new internet services company, and leading post-acquisition integration at a major media company.

Why M&A?

I am fascinated by how M&A can be incredibly value-creating for founders and owners alike. It has long been a passion of mine to bring these – sometimes complex – deals to fruition, and to see the enormous gaps in value creation that happens over time from succesfull M&A.

Technology sector and software. Software drives the world, but sometimes you need to combine with hardware and services to build really transformative businesses. I love this space  

Interesting Fact

I once found myself without a roof when a hurricane hit my house in Bergen. In that situation you are completely at the mercy of the elements and you depend on your instincts and your adrenaline level. Quite often, that’s when you perform at your best and I love it when situations become so intense and I am fully focused.
