Although having been dealing with the most complex technological transitions across each key industry since the introduction of the internet protocol, my passion lies with digital healthcare for aging societies, the blockchain protocol to revolutionise the transfer of values, services & assets, and robotics (IoT) as the revolution beyond AI. Growing up, I attended a boarding school at a young age, which taught me the discipline to think independently and juggle multiple tasks. I played squash at an international level, representing India at the World Junior Squash Championships in Milan. Competing in sports from a young age fueled my interest in a fast-paced career that involves significant travel. I love traveling the globe for transactions, exploring various international cuisines, and interacting with people from diverse cultures. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness training and enjoy spending time with my family.

I am an Investment Banker with more than 25 years of experience in CXO-level roles at Microsoft and various Nordic software companies. Previously, I managed equity investments, and I was the Head of Commercial Banking division at BIAT bank. I also manage several companies in tourism and real estate and hold an MBA from Barney School of Business.

I led the strategic advisory for Our Co Consortium, guiding their fundraising and expansion efforts. I also steered the sale process for Carthage Cement, a major player of the industry, although the deal didn’t conclude. Finally, I actively participated in the orchestration of the successful sale of Cady to the mass distribution company “Carrefour Tunisia”, further enhancing my M&A expertise across multiple sectors.

After over 20 years in banking, I saw an opportunity to apply my deep knowledge of the Tunisian market and SMEs in a new way. From the office to the world of numbers: My path into accounting

After completing my training, I started my career as an Executive Assistant in Office Management. I regularly came into contact with various areas of the company, including accounting. I quickly realised that I particularly enjoyed working in accounting, as I find it exciting to analyse financial data and take a structured approach. This realisation motivated me to start studying Business Administration with a focus on accounting. Since then, I have been deepening my knowledge and working as a student trainee in accounting at the same time, which has further confirmed my decision in favour of this path.

With a background in Management Consulting, followed by a stint in the start-up world, I have found joy in advising growth companies for the last 15 years. Historically industry-agnostic, with a significant number of transactions in a variety of sectors. In the last 7 years, however, the focus has been on clean-tech and climate-tech cases, including in the solar energy and development industry as well as advanced recycling of plastic waste in Europe.

I cherish being boring. The “life-benefits” are amazing. Primarily stability, routine, and predictability. Let’s do it again! On a philosophical note, embracing simplicity fosters mental clarity and reduces stress. But I am not a nut-case: I also enjoy endurance sports, mainly of the Nordic variety.

In 2020, I started a fitness journey just before COVID hit. Running and home-workouts became a daily escape, where I found a new love for classic rock music and reading non-fiction books such as Man’s Search for Meaning and Prisoners of Geography. Along the way, I lost over 20 kgs and developed a deeper appreciation for nature and quiet moments.

Longevity and HealthTech are areas I am deeply passionate about. Therefore, pursuing my doctorate at Charité in neuro- and data science was a natural choice. Whenever we partner with clients in this field, I aim to be the quickest in the team to secure a spot on the project.

I am a triplet and heavily invested in sports, especially physical and mental workouts. I enjoy experimenting with fitness gadgets, such as a blood sugar tracker, to optimize my performance.
