Empire Resorts, Inc. closes USD 500m first lien credit facilities

The Deal  Montreign Operating Company, LLC, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Empire Resort, Inc. announced in January 2017 the succeessful closing of its secured first lien term loan facility and senior secured revolving credit facility. The financing provides an aggregate of USD 485m senior secured first lien term loans.

The Client  Empire Resorts, Inc. owns and operates, through its subsidiary Monticello Raceway Management, Inc., the Monticello Casino & Raceway, a harness racing track and casino located in Monticello, New York and is 90 miles from midtown Manhattan.
