Car pro, the offical distributor if Suzuki in Tunisia, was sold to Chaibi Group

The Deal Car pro, a Tunisian company that is 100% owned by AL Karama Holding (the Tunisian State) was sold by public tender to the Chaibi Group. IEG – North Africa, under the leadership of the two Managing Director Khalil Attia and Khaled Fakhfakh, has acted as advisor to the Mellouli and Zouari consortium throughout their participation in the tender process.

The Partners Car Pro is operating in Tunisia as the official distributor for all vehicles of the brand SUZUKI. The company is 100% owned by AL Karama Group which is held by the Tunisian state and is under the supervision of the Ministry of finance and manages more than 50 companies through direct and indirect partnerships. The company focuses on sectors such as Telecommunication, Transport, Education and Car Dealership. The UTIC Group (Ulysse Trading & Industrial Companies), founded by Mr Taoufik Chaïbi, is a major player in the Tunisian economy present throughout the country through 6 business lines, including Distribution, Trading, Packaging and Tourism.
