The Deal Colonial Real Estate (CRE) has successfully raised EUR 12m by executing a placement and conversion (96.4%) of Warrants. IEG - Investment Banking Group has acted as financial advisor to Colonial Real Estate AG. Earlier in 2009, IEG has advised CRE on a capital increase of EUR 3.6m as well.
The Client Colonial Real Estate AG is a real estate company listed in the Open Market on the Frankfurt stock exchange. The focus is on high-yield residential real estate portfolios for own stocks in growth regions such as Hamburg, Berlin and Nauen in North Rhine-Westphalia and Salzgitter.
