The Deal N&B Holding GmbH has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Lampenwelt GmbH & Co. KG. During the entire disposal process, IEG – Investment Banking Group has acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to Smilar Invest Ltd, the shareholders of Lampenwelt.
