The Deal Franz Cornelsen Bildungsholding has successfully sold Duden Institute für Lerntherapie (remedial education) to an undisclosed buyer. IEG - Investment Banking Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Franz Cornelsen Bildungsholding GmbH & Co. KG. During the transaction process, IEG was responsible of the analysis of process options, finding all available and deciding on the best and fitting selling strategy, the valuation of assets  and the activities for the sale as well as for the coordination and management of the entire process, which was challenging as it was a sale within a limited auction process.
