The Deal IEG – Investment Banking advised Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide on the successful sale of Fraport Ground Services Austria to Celebi. The mandate included following tasks: Analysis of process options available and optimum selling strategy, co-ordination and management of the entire process – sale within a limited auction process.
