IEG Advises Schibsted Media on Landmark SEK 6.55bn (~EUR 580m) Acquisition of TV4 & MTV Oy from Telia

Schibsted Media is a leading Nordic media house with some of the strongest newsbrands in the Nordics including VG, Aftonbladet, Aftenposten, SvenskaDagbladet, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad, Omni, Podme and E24. Byacquiring TV4 Media group from Swedish Telecom group Telia Company, Schibstedwill add the leading commercial TV Brands TV4 in Sweden and MTV 3 in Finland toits portfolio.
