In 2014, IEG assisted Denim Authority, a company specializing in the textile industry, with their restructuring and fundraising efforts. They successfully raised equity, convertible bonds, and debt to strengthen their working capital and finance their development investments.

2019: Management Buy-out

Following the fundraising in 2014, IEG assisted Denim Authority in the execution of a management buyout (MBO) by repurchasing institutional stakes using a legal and financial structure based on debt financing.
