At the DLD in New York Stefan Heilmann talked to Gabriel Flateman, Co-Founder and CTO at Casper, and Brittania Boey, Vice President of Product Development at HF Global. One of the most interesting quuestions was about their biggest failure or regret they had to experience in their professional life.

Gabe Flateman refered to the early stage of his company when the product was launched and stated he and his team solely underestimated the potential succes they would have by running into inventory issues when sales exceeded their expectations. His solution was an upfront attitude towards the customers about delivery and providing an alternative by offering air beds for free.

Brittania refers to the challenge of finding the perfect mix of talents to support the massive growth her company has experienced.
