Stefan Heilmann attended forumWHU on Friday, November 23rd 2019, and joined the panel about "New Work"

MORE COOPERATION FOR MORE DYNAMICS. In a more and more digitalized world, organisation have to change, adjust and develop. The work environment is no exception to this rule and therefore is one of the topics that has been discussed during the forumWHU this year. Stefan Heilmann attended the conference on November 23rd and joined the panel on "New Work". Generally, the forumWHU is a student initiative at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and targets to bring students and leaders of the industry world together to jointly explore new perspectives.

The panel "New Work" takes place on Friday, November 23rd 2019, from 2.15 pm till 3:30 pm.

Besides Stefan Heilmann, Katarina Peranic (Managing Member of the Executive Board of the Bürgermut Stiftung,) Mateo Freudenthal (Managing Director at Honestly), Bert Stach (Corporate Supervisor at IBM and SAP ver.di) and Daniela Schmitt (Vice State Chairwoman of the FDP in Rhineland-Palatinate and Member of the FDP Federal Executive Committee) complemented this divers panel and jointly they discussed and evaluated how the interaction between industry, trade unions, politics and non-profit organisations can be improved so that a positive working environment can be created and strengthened competitiveness can be used for future generations.

forumWHU took place on two days and offered a fully packed agenda of interesting keynotes by, among others, Martin Weiss (CEO Digital Brands International at Hubert Burda Media), interactive workshops with, for example, Moritz Baier-Lenz (Founder of Future Friday who was named one of the "Forbes 30 Under 30") and various additional panels that all took a closer look on the further development of the digital transformation and its challenges and benefits.
