Your Tasks
- Handling of daily business: travel organization, appointment coordination, correspondence as well as the support of the team and the managing directors
- Taking over general office tasks, such as ordering office supplies and consumables
- Assumption of operational and administrative tasks
- Pre- and post-processing of conference rooms
- Carrying out projects on your responsibility
Your Profile
- Completed administrative education or comparable background
- First professional experience (at least 1-2 years) in the field of assistance and office management
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident use of standard MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational talent, friendly and open-minded appearance
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working
