The team of IEG acted as sole financial advisor to KircherBurkhardt and was in charge of the coordination and management of the entire process including due diligence, accompanying of the negotiations until closing.
The Client The newly formed agency group C3 (resulting from the merger of KircherBurkhardt and the BurdaCreative Group) has a turnover of 59 million euro and 400 staff. In the BVDW rankings (German Federal Association of the Digital Economy), C3 has therefore risen to the top 5 of the largest digital agencies in Germany and will be the only one specialising in the creation of content. Well over 100 journalists proficient in all areas of content marketing from print to social media, will be working for C3.
