The Deal The Swedish company Mynewsdesk has successfully acquired Mention, the SaaS-based Monitoring provider. IEG – Investment Banking Group, under the leadership of Stefan Heilmann, has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Mynewsdesk and its parent company NHST Media Group.
