The Deal Würth Elektronik eiSos Group acquired 100% of Stelvio Kontek S.p.A,. IEG acted as exclusive financial advisor to Würth Elektronik eiSos Group on the acquisition of the Italian connector manufacturer Stelvio Kontek. IEG was in resposnible for the coordination and management of the entire process including due diligence, valuation of the company, accompanying of the negotiations until closing.
The Partners Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG is a supplier of electronic and electromechanical components and systems for the electronics industry. The company is part of the Würth Group, the global market leader in assembly and fastening technology. Stelvio Kontek SpA is one of the leading groups in the connectors market. The company designs, engineers and manufactures standardized and customized solutions using dedicated equipment and can rely on its hi-tech facilities powered up with in-house technology.
